1. Can I return the product after purchase?
The Customer must examine the Product upon delivery and within 3 working days thereafter notify the Company in writing of any defects. Failing which the Customer will be deemed to have examined and accepted the Product, though the transaction at all material times shall remain regulated by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
2. Can I return a product if I am not satisfied it with?
There is a 10 (ten) day cooling-off period as provided for by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 but such return will be subject to the amount of use of the product.

8. What are the refunds policies?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sealed, in the event that the seal has been broken the Product must show a defect which must be accompanied by photographic proof of such defect together with a date stamp on such evidence, which will be at the discretion of the company as to whether the product is in fact defective.
9. How do I return a product?

The Customer is liable for return shipping subject to inspection and confirmation of refund.
